Hereinafter referred to as the "Provider,"
and the customer (as designated in the respective purchase contract),

Hereinafter referred to as the "Customer,"

the following terms and conditions shall apply:

1. Conclusion of ContractThe product presentation in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation and make corrections at any time before submitting your binding order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the products in your cart. Confirmation of receipt follows immediately by email and does not constitute acceptance. The contract language is German.

2. Ordering / DeliveryEssential features of the goods are found in the respective product descriptions.Delivery is at the Provider’s risk via DHL within Germany, typically within 24 hours, but may take up to 2–3 business days. Standard delivery time is within five business days.

In case of high demand or delays from suppliers, the Customer will be informed and may cancel the contract. Deliveries are insured against transport damage. Please inspect the delivery upon arrival and report any damage.

Delays caused by legal or governmental orders (e.g., import/export restrictions, strikes, force majeure) extend the delivery time accordingly. The start and end of such events will be communicated.

3. Prices / Shipping CostsProduct prices are binding and include VAT. Shipping within Germany is €5.00 including VAT and is free for orders over €100. For deliveries to other EU countries and Switzerland, additional shipping costs apply depending on weight and destination. Please inquire via info@ams.international.

In case of withdrawal (see Section 5), the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

4. Payment MethodsInvoices are payable by invoice, PayPal, or credit card.

PayPal: After clicking “Buy Now,” you will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment. An account may be required. Payments are made before delivery. See PayPal's terms and conditions for details.

Separate payment terms apply to business customers (e.g., wholesalers, pharmacies).

Late Payment Fees: Reminder fees equal postage costs. Fees due to incorrect bank details or insufficient funds will be charged.

5. Right of WithdrawalYou may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your notice. Refunds will use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. The deadline is met if the goods are sent within this period. You bear return shipping costs and may be liable for diminished value from improper handling.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

6. Retention of TitleGoods remain the property of the Provider until full payment is received.

7. Invoice DeliveryInvoices may be sent electronically (e.g., via email).

8. WarrantyThe statutory warranty regulations apply.

9. LiabilityThe Provider is liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. For other cases, liability is limited to intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical at contract conclusion.

Exclusions do not apply to product liability law, injury to life/body/health, or mandatory legal provisions.

11. Customer PasswordCustomers must keep their passwords secure. Notify the Provider immediately in case of suspected misuse.

12. Information under § 36 VSBGThe European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. We do not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures under EU Regulation No. 524/2013. Please contact our customer service at info@ans.international for all inquiries.

Final ProvisionsIf the Customer is a business entity, court of jurisdiction is the Provider’s place of business.We do not store the full contract text but will send a summary and our T&Cs by email. Deviating customer conditions will not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
